Fresh Impetus for Mobile Home Nursing Care

Successful Completion of the OMAHA Research Project

After nearly two years of intensive research, IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems and its project partners have drawn a highly positive conclusion from the OMAHA research project (“Organising and Participation – Action Research for Mobile Home Nursing Care”). The project aimed to highlight working conditions in mobile home nursing, strengthen participation, and develop practice-oriented tools to activate employees.

The research project was funded by the “Work 4.0” project fund of the Chamber of Labour of Lower Austria.
