Under the leadership of Research Professor Christoph Wiesner, IMC Krems is launching the new research project “Smart NeuroScreen”. The project aims to establish an AI-supported, highly scalable screening platform for the precise analysis of neuronal cell models – an important step forward in drug discovery for diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and ALS. The project is funded by the State of Lower Austria and co-financed by the European Union.
