IMC Krems signs PhD cooperation agreement with the University of Vic

Tanja Ihden, Deputy Academic Head at IMC Krems, highlights the significance of the agreement: “This cooperation enables master graduates and junior researchers to advance academically at the doctoral level. It represents an important step for the involvement of Universities of Applied Sciences in PhD programmes and supports the career development of both staff and students.”
A key advantage of this partnership is its openness:

The collaboration builds on the shared membership in the UP University alliance, which brings together 11 higher education institutions from 11 European countries, and more than 125,000 students.
The alliance operates within the framework of the European University Initiative, supported by the European Commission, aiming to enhance cross-border collaboration in higher education, research, and innovation.
