Story
From lecture halls to international transformation agendas: Two IMC graduates take off at Natuvion

Interview with Jenifer Tegze
During your studies you focused on digitalisation and business transformation. How does this knowledge help you in your consulting work at Natuvion?
During my bachelor degree in Export-oriented Management (now: International Business Management), I completed my internship in the electrical industry. At first, I doubted whether I could contribute anything in such an unfamiliar field. Yet this very experience provided me with a solid foundation that now benefits me at Natuvion. Especially my work on digitalisation in project management showed me how transformation processes unfold and how to support employees through them – knowledge I now apply in consulting every day.
What motivated you to join Natuvion straight after graduation?
It was important for me to enter the job market directly after graduation, to gain hands-on experience and truly get to know an industry – even though I never imagined it would be IT. I discovered Natuvion at the IMC career fair. An SAP course had already shown me the central role of this software for businesses, and my conversations with the Natuvion team convinced me further: open, motivated, and genuinely interested in young talent. This mix of professional relevance and personal impression led me to Natuvion.
What international opportunities do you see for yourself at Natuvion – and how did your IMC studies shape this perspective?
I am open to international experiences – in Germany or even further afield. I owe much of this to IMC Krems, where the international community and a semester abroad in Taiwan taught me to see new cultures and working styles as an enrichment. I want to continue this openness at Natuvion by actively engaging in international projects.
Interview with Denise Sikula
You chose the master degree in International Business and Economic Diplomacy. How do you apply what you learned in your current role?
The International Business and Economic Diplomacy master gave me exactly the competencies I now use in my daily work at Natuvion. Practical insights into international tenders, for example, help me to understand what matters in complex bidding processes. Courses such as international financial management and business analytics sharpened my grasp of both strategic and operational contexts and strengthened my collaboration with delivery teams.
Equally important were the intercultural aspects of the programme: learning to work with different cultures, expectations, and communication styles is vital in international projects. The combination of technical expertise and soft skills really pays off. With highly qualified lecturers and a strong international network, the degree laid the foundations for my own international career.
Why did you decide to join Natuvion?
The choice was easy. Natuvion has a clear vision, strong growth, and an international outlook. What impressed me most was the chance to be part of an innovative and forward-looking team working on digital transformation. Natuvion’s strong culture of collaboration also stood out: colleagues meet each other with openness, helpfulness, and real team spirit. This proactive, supportive approach is not only felt in daily work but is also reflected in the company’s success.
What advice would you give to graduates looking for a smooth career start?
Look beyond the job title – focus on the company and its culture. Tasks matter, but what truly shapes long-term success and personal growth are the people you work with, the motivation in the team, and the way leadership is practised. A supportive and inspiring environment where collaboration, responsibility, and mutual respect are lived every day helps you to settle in, grow, and make an impact quickly.
A seamless transition from studies to work
Jenifer Tegze (Class of 2024) and Denise Sikula (Class of 2022) both chose Natuvion, a fast-growing and internationally positioned IT transformation company. With locations in Germany, Austria, the USA, Australia, Switzerland and Slovakia, Natuvion offers a global set-up of experts in digital transformation.
It is no coincidence that Natuvion is a popular employer among IMC alumni: Gerhard Pronegg, CEO of Natuvion Austria, is himself an IMC Krems graduate and recruits new talent every year at our Career Links fair. This is a perfect example of how the alumni network benefits both young graduates and experienced leaders, connecting decision-makers with top-trained employees.
“For us at Natuvion, the IMC network is a true asset. As an alumnus, I know the quality of the education – and it is a real pleasure when we can welcome talents like Jenifer and Denise into our team,” stresses Gerhard Pronegg, CEO of Natuvion Austria.
