At the IMC Krems MehrWERT Day on 28 January, one thing was clear: investing in our employees means investing in the future. Across around 15 interactive workshops, colleagues had the opportunity to learn, reflect and grow.

A day full of real value – for our people

The programme covered a broad range of topics – from personal development, communication and leadership to health, resilience and self-management, as well as digital skills, AI, organisational development and collaboration in everyday working life. Practical, relevant and designed to make an immediate impact.
The MehrWERT Day highlights what defines IMC Krems as an employer:
