Companies on their way to net zero - how to?

Lectures for Future is an interdisciplinary lecture series that has been offered at various Austrian universities since the winter semester of 2019. Prof. Dr. Günter Getzinger, co-author of the CCCA guideline “Der Weg zur Klimaneutralität – Ein wissenschaftsbasierter Handlungsleitfaden für Unternehmen”, will present the main findings of this two-year collaboration between climate researchers. In his talk, he will show how the circular climate management framework – encompassing GHG inventory, roadmap development, offsetting, and transparency – can be applied by companies and organisations to achieve climate neutrality.
