IMC Summer School - Digital Business Innovation

The 4th IMC Summer School - Digital Business Innovation will take place from July 26 until August 7, 2026, and builds on IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences faculty’s expertise.
One Summer School – Two Cities: Krems & Vienna. Double the experience, double the inspiration!
For two weeks an exclusive group of a maximum of 25 professionals and/or international bachelor students, from IMC’s international partner institutions, non-partner universities and the working industry, will jointly attend this intensive short programme. The programme includes an enrichment programme with the aim of offering both a high quality academic and intercultural experience in Krems and Vienna.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the bootcamp, participants will be able to…
- apply hands-on creative thinking, problem solving, analytical thinking and critical thinking skills to digital innovation challenges,
- identify opportunities and the necessary digital technologies for realization,
- plan the design and validation of highly innovative solutions such as business model innovations to organizations,
- make decisions under uncertainty,
- sharpen leadership abilities when dealing with uncertainties and human resistance.
The programme includes social and cultural activities, ranging from a Scavenger Hunt through Krems, a guided evening walk through Vienna, a traditional Austrian evening and some more optional activities. The aim is to give visiting students a taste of Austrian and European culture while providing opportunities for networking and socializing.
